Reservation Policy

50% deposit will be charge to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
All prices in USD, excluding 9% Hotel Tax, 12.5% GST and 10% Service Charge
The purpose of the 10% service charge on accommodations, meals and drinks is to allow a fair distribution of what would normally be “tips” from our guests to Itza Resort employees.
Park Fees for Blue Hole and Half Moon Caye Marine Park are not included (US $30.00 / US $10.00).

All activities are weather dependent. Because this, our quotation or package includes 2 dives/snorkels per day, however you can easily do up to 27 dives per week.
If you book any activity with us and you choose not to go out on the boat for any reason or utilize all of your dive or snorkel excursions, we do not offer a refund on the unused portion of your activity.
After payment is received for an invoice it can not be change or altered.
Cancellation must be made 30 days or more in advanced prior to arrival.
Cancelling 29 days or less, your credit will have 2 years expiration date, from the time of first schedule arrival. You can reschedule within 2 weeks prior to arrival.
There is “no refund” on payments made 29 days or less prior to arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Any cost associated with an evacuation or dive chamber is solely at the cost of the guest. We strongly recommend DAN Insurance.
